I’m a husband, father of two, and a busy professional, so I understand how hard it is to prioritize fitness when life pulls you in every direction. My mission is to help you stay consistent so you can feel your best and show up stronger for the people and passions that matter most. No matter what stage of life you’re in—from stay-at-home parents to busy professionals to the newly retired—I meet you where you are.

I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist with:

  • Five years of coaching experience helping clients from all backgrounds get stronger, move better, and build confidence
  • Ten years as an elementary school teacher, where I learned to connect with others, adapt to challenges, and lead with empathy
  • Two undergraduate degrees from Michigan State University, where I built a foundation of critical thinking, communication, and discipline

This mix of experience shapes the way I coach today. It’s not just about giving you a workout or meal plan—it’s about building a partnership grounded in trust and real-life understanding.
