Meet Sean Cappello

I’m a husband, father of two, and a busy professional, so I understand how difficult it can be to prioritize fitness when life is pulling you in every direction. My mission is to help you feel your best, stay consistent, and show up stronger for the people and passions that matter most.

I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist with:

  • Five years of training experience helping clients from all walks of life reach their goals
  • Ten years as an elementary school teacher, where I developed the ability to connect with others, adapt to challenges, and lead with empathy
  • Two undergraduate degrees from Michigan State University, where I built a foundation of critical thinking, communication, and discipline

This blend of experience shapes the way I coach. It’s not just about giving you a workout or meal plan—it’s about building a partnership grounded in trust and real-life understanding. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, move better, or perform at a higher level, I’ll provide the structure and support to help you follow through.
