I’m a husband, soon-to-be father of two, and a busy professional just like many of you. I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize fitness while managing work and family. My mission is to support your fitness journey in a way that energizes your life, helps you feel your best, and enables you to show up stronger for the people and passions that matter most.
I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist with:
- Four years of personal training experience, helping clients from diverse backgrounds achieve their unique goals.
- A decade as an elementary school teacher, where I cultivated the art of connection, education, and adaptability—while developing an unparalleled work ethic.
- Two undergraduate degrees from Michigan State University, where I learned critical thinking, communication, and perseverance.
